02 /FROM RIGHTS TO RESULTS

Drama goes global.
From rights to operations.

Going global takes more than translating and uploading. We plan each stage around the work, its audience and the requirements of each platform.

A CLEAR START

Every journey starts
with clear rights.

Review ownership and source materials, then define territories, languages, platforms and license terms before entering a new market.

BEYOND TRANSLATION

Cross languages.
Keep the feeling.

Adapt subtitles, dubbing and cultural expression to the audience. Align titles, descriptions and visuals, with human review of meaning and viewing quality.

B /FOCUSED SUPPORT

Localize & distribute

For teams looking for specialist support

Add subtitles, dubbing, creative adaptation or distribution support for a specific market, working alongside your existing team.

  • Scope and pricing by language and volume
  • Clear quality criteria and delivery milestones
  • Choose services without a long-term licensing commitment
C /PROJECT PARTNERSHIPS

Rights & channels

For buyers, distributors and channel partners

Explore regional distribution, title licensing or slate partnerships around a specific content need and clearly defined rights.

  • Match content needs with target territories
  • Verify the rights chain and available rights
  • Agree license fees or revenue share

All projects are subject to content and rights assessment. Scope, fees and revenue shares are defined in a signed agreement.

04 /FROM THE FIRST CONVERSATION ONWARD

Make the next step clear.

01

Understand your content

Share your content type, sample link, rights position and target markets. Start by exploring whether there is a good fit.

02

Agree on the scope

Align on markets, languages, platforms, budget, deliverables and settlement terms in a shared project plan.

03

Start with a pilot

After signing, prepare localized content and release materials. Learn from audience feedback before deciding how to expand.

04

Review and improve

Review content performance, channel data, costs and revenue. Report and settle as agreed, then improve the next release.

05 /FAQ

Content licensing &
distribution questions.

Have another question?↗
What kind of content is a good fit?

We welcome drama, series, documentary, culture and lifestyle content, and creator IP with clear overseas licensing rights. We assess source materials, rights, quality and market fit for each project. A public or access-controlled sample link is enough for an initial discussion.

Who owns the copyright after we partner?

Licensing and copyright transfer are different arrangements. Agreements should define ownership, territories, languages, platforms, term, exclusivity and use of derivative materials. Any transfer or sublicensing must be expressly agreed.

Does a content license guarantee monetization?

No. Copyright permission is separate from platform rules on originality, reused content and monetization eligibility. Territory, account status and content performance also affect outcomes. Project plans should explain the applicable conditions and uncertainties.

How are costs, revenue shares and settlements agreed?

Depending on scope, we agree service fees, license fees or revenue shares. Budgets, deductible costs, exchange rates, taxes, reporting evidence, settlement periods and exit terms are defined in advance. Project-specific economics replace blanket return promises.

What should I prepare for the first conversation?

Bring a short description, sample link, episode count or duration, available language versions, licensable rights and target markets. Please do not send identity documents, full contracts, unreleased masters or passwords initially. Confidentiality arrangements can be discussed separately.
